Thank you Matt! Right in the middle of our Father’s Day celebration, lightning made the electricity go off and come on again. Then the air coming out of the A/C unit was hot! A call to the Sunday answering service brought a quick response from Matt, who was on another emergency type call. He suggested what to try and called back in an hour to see what happened. His over-the-phone diagnosis was correct and our condo was quickly cooling from 89 degrees down to 78! Matt saved the day for us.
