I called 3 contractors and chose Cliff's for my new central A/C, not only because of its long-standing good reputation in the community, but because my initial contact with the office manager, Carol, was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and an excellent communicator of explaining the process and procedure, including merits of warranty. When Jeff arrived the next day to evaluate my situation and issue the quote, he was a breath of fresh air compared to the other A/C companies' representatives. Jeff was at once professional and personable, a great combo one doesn't often find. He was patient with my many questions, answering them completely and with no "smoke and mirrors" that I sensed from the two other companies' reps. Indeed, he was the only one among the three that determined the true size tonnage required for the square footage of my small house. What a gem! And when installation foreman, Cody, arrived the following day, the wonderful experience continued. Cody was likewise friendly, patient, skilled and competent; he even gave me the timeline of the install. (I didn't ask or pressure him inasmuch as I knew I was in good hands). In fact, I wish we'd had more time to speak about non A/C matters, e.g., herbs, cooking, and plants. Got the impression he was something of a Rennaissance Man.
