Do I Need a New Heat Pump?

If you are using a heat pump to keep your home comfortable all year-round, then you should know that we’re moving into an off-season for heat pumps. Winter and summer are the most stressful times of the year for heat pumps, because those are the times when they’re used the most. Though your heat pump may get a brief reprieve now, it’s going to be working pretty hard again in a month or two. Before that happens, it’s a good idea to evaluate whether or not your heat pump can even get you through another summer season. If not, you should replace it now before summer starts.
