We have had Cliffs A/C servicing our Automobile Dealership since 2007. Jeff and his crew do a fantastic job in keeping all our equipment up and running. They are an honest company that are extremely prompt, efficient, and priced competitively whether it’s our quarterly service or if we are in need of an emergency repair. Thank you Matt! Right in the middle of our Father’s Day celebration, lightning made the electricity go off and come on again. Then the air coming out of the A/C unit was hot! A call to the Sunday answering service brought a quick response from Matt, who was on another emergency type call. He suggested what to try and called back in an hour to see what happened. His over-the-phone diagnosis was correct and our condo was quickly cooling from 89 degrees down to 78! Matt saved the day for us. Matt and Cliffs A/C are totally professional, honest, dependable…they are the greatest! Call them. You can totally trust them.

I called 3 contractors and chose Cliff's for my new central A/C, not only because of its long-standing good reputation in the community, but because my initial contact with the office manager, Carol, was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and an excellent communicator of explaining the process and procedure, including merits of warranty. When Jeff arrived the next day to evaluate my situation and issue the quote, he was a breath of fresh air compared to the other A/C companies' representatives. Jeff was at once professional and personable, a great combo one doesn't often find. He was patient with my many questions, answering them completely and with no "smoke and mirrors" that I sensed from the two other companies' reps. Indeed, he was the only one among the three that determined the true size tonnage required for the square footage of my small house. What a gem! And when installation foreman, Cody, arrived the following day, the wonderful experience continued. Cody was likewise friendly, patient, skilled and competent; he even gave me the timeline of the install. (I didn't ask or pressure him inasmuch as I knew I was in good hands). In fact, I wish we'd had more time to speak about non A/C matters, e.g., herbs, cooking, and plants. Got the impression he was something of a Rennaissance Man.

I just wanted to say a very BIG thank you for all the help that your company has provided for us. We had several issues with our air conditioning system and had numerous companies come and attempt to fix it. Not until your tech came out did the issue finally get resolved. I truly appreciate all the help that your company has provided.
